There are plenty of exercises and activities you can do on your own that will help you on your quest to become a psychic. For example, begin meditating regularly. Meditation is an excellent way to develop your focus and concentration. These two ingredients are absolutely key to becoming a psychic.
Additionally, there are numerous free resources online and at your local library that can give you more information about becoming psychic. Many people who have developed their own psychic abilities now write blogs and other websites that are happy to teach you how to do what they did, for free. Also, a plethora of books have been written about psychic abilities and can be found at your local library.
